As a Certified Life Coach and CBT I have learned the value of positive thinking and having pure stability. Putting mental health as a first priority should be practiced by anyone that's human. There are so many issues we deal with at home and at our place of employment. This is for anyone who has a busy life or just aren't able to cope going through everyday trials and tribulations. It's not crazy to be mentally drained and burnt out. It happens!!!
